​Singpho Youth Organisation Honours Singpho Chief Lt. Duwa Bisa Latnong Singpho with Citation of Honour

In a heartfelt ceremony held on 14th September 2024 at Bisa Gaon, Margherita (Assam), the Singpho Youth Organisation (SYO) proudly presented a Citation of Honour to Singpho Chief Lt. Duwa Bisa Latnong Singpho, recognizing his remarkable contributions to the welfare and progress of the Singpho community.
